Heey whats up man, congrats for making your squad! I am from Nebraska also so I totally understand what you mean by it being hard to get guys to cheer. I was actually the head coach for UNO the past 3 years and 2 of the years we had guys that actually showed a little talent but none of them really stuck around for long. Finally this year we have one guy that has been with us for a few months and is coming back to cheer again. The main way we have been getting guys into cheering is by having the girls recruit them. Girls seem to be good at making a guy feel like he is welcome. Once you get him into a practice teach him how to stunt, basics at first of course and make sure you show him some things he can look forward to doing once he gets the basics down. After that he should be hooked!!
